Way To Be was recognized as the winner of the NAUMD 2024 innovation award for sustainability due to the use of Ciclo Technology in our McDonald’s uniform program.
Ciclo is an additive that helps mitigate microfiber pollution in polyester garments. Alan McIntosh, one of the founders of Way To Be, also co founded Ciclo Technology and began incorporating into the McDonald’s uniform program.
The use of Ciclo has been a grand success, and earned Way To Be the 2024 NAUMD award for innovative sustainability.
